This is the most common repair pairing, and it is an even split. Both compounds are studied for tissue repair, but the preclinical work points at different parts of the process — BPC-157 more toward tendon, ligament and gut, TB-500 more toward cell migration and remodelling.

The argument for combining them is that those are complementary rather than overlapping mechanisms. It is worth being clear that this is a reasoned argument, not a demonstrated one: there is no published human trial of either compound alone, let alone together.

The ratio matters. An even 50/50 split, so a 500 mcg dose is 250 mcg of each. That is unusual among these blends — most are weighted.
