GLOW pairs a skin-and-collagen compound with two repair compounds. GHK-Cu is the bulk of the vial and carries the cosmetic and dermal side — it is the most studied copper peptide for collagen and skin quality. BPC-157 and TB-500 are the tissue-repair pair, included at a tenth of the GHK-Cu amount each.

The logic is coverage rather than synergy: three different mechanisms in one injection instead of three separate vials and three separate draws. There is no published trial of the combination, so the case for combining them rests on the individual compounds, not on evidence that they work better together.

The ratio matters. GHK-Cu is 50 of the 70 mg, so a dose that gives you a useful amount of GHK-Cu gives one fifth as much of each repair compound. That is why every dose figure on this page is stated per component.
