A D-retro-inverso senolytic peptide that disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interaction, triggering apoptosis in senescent cells while sparing healthy ones. Dosed daily in micrograms - a 10 mg vial in 3 mL gives about 3.33 mg/mL. No human clinical dosing data exists; the published record is entirely preclinical.

Adding 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 10 mg vial gives 5 mg/mL. That is the mix every number on this page is worked out from — change the water figure in the calculator and all the draw amounts update.
Published and reported figures for FOXO4-DRI run from 5 mg, typically every other day ×3. This site lists each figure with the source it came from rather than giving a single recommended number.
At 5 mg/mL, a 250 mcg dose is 5 units on a 1 mL U-100 insulin syringe. One vial at that mix gives about 40 doses.
FOXO4-DRI is graded preclinical. Laboratory and animal data only. No human dosing trials have been published. We grade every compound on this site so you can weigh the numbers accordingly — the full method is on our editorial policy page.
